Innovation Inspiration is a monthly highlight of startups, entrepreneurs, and new products that we feel are changing digital marketing in ways that we all can learn from. Enjoy!
We talk a lot about how technology is advancing healthcare marketing here at WYDiQ. The idea behind that is to provide patients with a better experience when they interact with brands that can help treat their chronic conditions. And because of that, we always have our eyes and ears open for great new products and services that share that same mission.
Meet Libre Clothing, a startup business developed by 4 college students to create a clothing line with special access points that improves the treatment experience for infusion patients. In January of 2008, co-founder Megan Stengel’s mom, Teresa, was diagnosed with kidney failure and had to begin dialysis treatment, which she endured several times a week for up to four hours at a time. Teresa was frustrated from ruining perfectly good clothes trying to stay warm and comfortable during dialysis. Today, Libre Clothing continues to develop new ideas and products so we sat down to learn more.
